Combs-Hehl Bridge (Interstate 275)

The Combs-Hehl Bridge connects Kentucky to Ohio and spans the Ohio River east of Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the eastern-most Ohio River crossing in the Cincinnati metropolitan area.

The Combs-Hehl Bridge opened on December 19, 1979 as the last segment of Interstate 275 to be completed in Kentucky and Ohio.(1) Named after the Combs-Hehl Bridge after former governor Bert Combs and Campbell County Judge-Executive Lambert Hehl, the new span carried six-lanes of traffic and two full left and right shoulders.
