I took in a gorgeous and warm weekend and ventured down to Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area in Tennessee to do some early spring backpacking. While I was down there, I stumbled across many old and abandoned railroads that were worth more than a few photographs, but some time researching about their origins and demise. read more »
